Meet your RMT

Hey! I’m Kyla

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, practicing since 2021, with a focus on grounded, therapeutic healing. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a calm, supportive presence—helping clients relieve pain, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves.

Since I was little, I have always had a passion for helping people, whether that was helping my mom make dinner or weed the garden, or helping my dad fix something in the house. If you needed a hand with something, I was your girl! Fast forward to highschool; that was when I knew that I wanted to have a career that would allow me to help people in a meaningful way.

Early in my career, I noticed that some practitioners followed a one-size-fits-all approach, offering the same treatment to every client without truly addressing the root of their concerns. Many clients came to me feeling frustrated after receiving care that failed to bring lasting relief. I knew then that I wanted to approach massage therapy differently.

Every treatment I offer is tailored to the individual

I use light to firm pressure based on your comfort and goals, and I incorporate a range of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and passive or active stretching. I check in regularly throughout the process and make adjustments as needed to ensure that your treatment is both effective and supportive.

In addition to hands-on work, I often share simple techniques and exercises you can use between sessions to maintain progress and feel more connected to your body day-to-day.

Above all, I strive to create a space that feels safe, comfortable, and inclusive—where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe that healing happens not just on a physical level, but emotionally and energetically too. This work is about more than just pain relief; it’s about helping you feel more at home in your body.

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll often find me in the garden, on my yoga mat, exploring a new hobby—or simply enjoying time with my husband, our two cats, and our dog.
